By accessing or using ICP Tokens ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1. Description of Service

ICP Tokens is a DeFi analytics platform that provides real-time token prices, trading volumes, charts, and related market data for the Internet Computer ecosystem. The Platform aggregates data from decentralized exchanges (primarily ICPSwap) and presents it for informational purposes only.

ICP Tokens is not a financial advisor, broker, or exchange. The Platform does not facilitate trades, hold user funds, or provide investment advice. All data is presented "as is" for informational purposes.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token prices, volumes, and analytics are derived from on-chain data and may contain inaccuracies, delays, or errors. You should always do your own research (DYOR) and consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

The Platform uses Internet Identity, a blockchain-based authentication system on the Internet Computer. By logging in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Internet Identity. We do not store passwords or private keys.

Certain features (watchlists, portfolios, price alerts) require authentication. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to scrape, crawl, or overload the Platform's infrastructure beyond reasonable use
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
Use automated tools to access the Platform without prior written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and code on the Platform are the property of ICP Tokens or its contributors, unless otherwise noted. On-chain data displayed on the Platform is publicly available blockchain data and is not claimed as proprietary.

6. Data Accuracy and Availability

While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any data displayed on the Platform. Data is sourced from on-chain DEX canisters and third-party APIs, which may experience downtime, delays, or errors beyond our control.

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ICP Tokens and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses based on data displayed on the Platform.

You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services including ICPSwap, Internet Identity, Telegram Bot API, and Kraken API. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.

9. Advertising

The Platform may display advertisements. The presence of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement of the advertised project or token. Always do your own research.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
